This was a year long campaign where our objective was to built a strong SEM for Zong as compared to the market competitors.
Setting up a crisp strategic direction helped us evaluate the keywords and phrases to focus on in order to make an impactful SEM campaign for all year long.
As a solution we looked at the holistic picture and did an in-depth research regarding what actually people are searching for when it comes to telco brands, as a result the key searches were regarding internet packages, online recharge, MBB, and devices.
With the help of our strategic direction, the SEM share increased to 57% which is highest than any other competitor. With right SEM approach and media planning, this campaign managed to achieve total impressions of 8,350,124 with total clicks of 607,212.
