Objective

Emaar Pakistan is one of those brands that depend on the performance media to drive conversion of their property related products, including Villas, Plots and Apartments in Karachi & Islamabad. This time it was Meridian Plots in Emaar Islamabad and the allotment of the plots was to be done via a balloting process. Our prime objective was to create quality leads of people interested to participate in the balloting process of residential land.

For this campaign, we had to understand the complete consumer journey for such a high involvement product and understand the target audience, not only in Pakistan but also abroad.

We divided the campaign into two phases, awareness and conversion, so that we could target the audience present on either phase of the journey.
