Summary

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technology and business, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose data-driven solutions. The role is key to ensuring that technical development aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Conduct market, competitor, or user research to inform product decisions.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new features and systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and BI platforms
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and user story creation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
• field.
• Other: Experience working in cross-functional teams within tech environments.
